Big Morocco-Yoga Round Trip

Do you feel like having an adventurous expeditionthrough Morocco, the country of contrasts and adventure? On the big Yoga-Round trip you will get to know the two royal cities Fes and Marrakech, the mountains of the high Atlas and the “Big South”. Wonderful landscapes, lively medinas, historical traces and a short side trip to Erfoud, Merzouga, Tinghir. On this tour all Moroccan scents are united.

Day 1: Fes

Arrival and transfer to the Riad. Diner, overnight stay and breakfast in the Riad.

Day 2: Exploring Fes

While the city is awakening your day will start with an hour of yoga. Afterwards we will visit the old town of Fes, the most popular royal city and Morocco’s spiritual capital city with its Souks, wells, the popular Medersas (Quran schools), Attarine and the Kraouine mosque. After lunch you are free to explore more by your own. Diner, overnight stay and breakfast in the Riad. In the evening optional hour of yoga.

Day 3: Fés – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Erfoud

After the hour of yoga we will depart from Fés. We will continue more south, crossing the mountains through the cedar woods of the middle Atlas. Short visit of Ifran, a popular wintersport stop and Azrou, well known for his cedar wood art.

After we passed the pass (2178 m) we will arrive in Midelt and have lunch there. Then we will pass the Ziz-valley with its beautiful palm tree groves and eventually we will arrive in the picturesque little city Erfoud. There we will have dinner, an overnight stay and breakfast. In the evening again optional hour of yoga.

Day 4: Dromedary trekking

We will start the day again with an hour of yoga. In the afternoon we will do a dromedary trekking in the Erg Chebbie (Merzouga). Overnight stay in a tent with half board in the dunes. Afterwards again optional hour of yoga.

Day 5: Merzouga

After yoga in the morning, we will return from the dromedary trekking. On our way back we will go to the Riad with half board in Merzouga and there we will spend the day and visit the family Oussidi.
